How We Started
Established in Penang, Malaysia, in 1994, EE-Lian Enterprise began as a small-scale trading business. Over the past 30 years, it has evolved into a prominent manufacturer and trader. Today, EE-Lian operates as one of the primary subsidiaries of SWS Capital Berhad (SWSCAP:7186), which is listed on the Main Board of the Malaysian Stock Exchange (KLSE).
Despite successfully being listed under SWS Capital Berhad, EE-Lian Enterprise has not rested on its laurels. The company has continued to expand, growing its network of distribution and coverage of the “ELIANWARE” brand not only within Malaysia but also in overseas markets. These include countries in Southeast Asia (SEA), Africa, Oceania, Europe, and the USA.

SWS Capital Berhad (SWSCAP) started on December 1st, 2023, as an investment holding company and listed on Bursa Malaysia on March 15th, 2004. It was originally named UDS Capital Berhad until it changed to SWS Capital Berhad on March 21st, 2012. SWSCAP and its subsidiaries operate in two main area, Wood Furniture Division and Plastics Division.
SWSCAP focuses on producing high-quality products by following strict quality controls. The company invests heavily in Research and Development to continuously improve and create durable, trendy products that meet customer demands.
We cannot deny that advancements in technology have transformed how we conduct business and altered our lifestyles and trends. To keep pace with these changes, EE-Lian has established E-Commerce Department. This platform facilitates business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions.
